Further detail is often sought requiring additional due diligence from services consultants and project managers to evaluate construction risk, building shortcomings, programs, and cost plans.

  • Vital to any assessment of a real estate acquisition or disposal is the negotiation process. Each market is different and each sector within that market will require different negotiation strategies and approaches. Leverage is key coupled with solid well nurtured relationships within each market to maximise the best financial outcome for our clients.

  • Part of a client’s strategy may be to dispose of a lease or part of a tenancy to reduce their operational expenses. We can assist with lease surrender, lease assignment or sublease strategies providing market intelligence on how best to dispose of their liability quickly and efficiently whilst balancing value against cost recovery.

  • As part of any client installed tenancy fitout may come an obligation to remove upon lease expiration. We look at the most financially viable way of reducing this lease-end liability and negotiating an exit strategy, if not already pre-negotiated prior to lease commencement.
